If a customer is unsatisfied with an item, we have a returns policy in place to remedy the concern. It is recommended they review the return policy and ensure the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) can still be issued. Remember, all returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. All shipping information including time frames, amounts, and methods are listed here: bidz.com/ht/help?page=shipping_us The amount of time it took to arrive can be influenced by a number of factors. These can range from the need for Address Verification to high volume seasons. From the Help section: -Upon receipt of funds, it may take Bidz.com up to 10 days to ship your order. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship. Unfortunately, not enough information is provided to thoroughly explain the situation. The cost of shipping includes handling charges as well. All costs are broken down prior to submitting payment. We have thresholds on shipping regardless of the items to be shipped. This is apparent as we do not list shipping prices in our Help section by weight. Shipping prices are determined by the dollar amount of the merchandise. It is recommended all shipping information be reviewed prior to payment to avoid this confusion in the future. Orders shipped via FedEx Smart Post, are picked up from our facility by FedEx. They are then delivered to the post office closest to the delivery address. The United States Postal Service then makes the final delivery to the residence. The shipment should arrive within 2-7 days, Monday-Friday. Registration, bidding, and winning auctions are all free services at Bidz.com. The only payments we require are for merchandise, shipping, and transaction fees.
