Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had a bid on a few rings on their website. After I had recieved them they were stickered size 9 when I had bid and been invoiced for a size 8. I went through there process of recieving a return authorization number and then paid to ship the rings back to them. 31/2 weeks later I recieved a return notice that I was being charged a restocking fee and would not be refunded the $11.00 they charged to ship them to me and the $5.00 it cost to send them back to them. I know it is not a lot of money but the fact that is cost me $30.00 to recieve the wrong product and ship it back to them is quite irritating, and not the way a repitable company treats its customers. I clearly got rings in the wrong size and they are telling me they were infact a size 8 even though the tag on the product said size 9.

Dear Kristine, Yes, once complaints make it this far, we do regard them as important. All complaints we receive are important. We monitor the issues here to ensure no one else has an experience such as yours. It is unfortunate you will not provide us with any information so that we may find our where we went wrong in helping you deal with our company. Again, I believe there is more to the story than may appear. We cannot fully investigate, however, due to lack of information. Thank you for the time you have devoted to this matter.

If that was the case I should have received a refund

Felicia, I have already gone through this process and do not care to waste any more of my time. The intent of this report is to warn people of the awesome customer service you guys provide. The fact still remains that I have already filed this complaint and had received no response until I filed a complaint on the rip-off report. I had explained several times that these rings were in the wrong size. I get get an explanation that they have been re-sized and are a size 8, despite what the tag says attached to the ring. Come on now you guys say what you need to not to refund people leaving your customers very unhappy. I will never shop through you guys again and will continue to tell my friends and family what a scam you guys are. Congrats on the 50+ complaints listed on this website from your valued customers.

Item Not As Described Will Be Refunded in Full

We hope to provide a response to this report so that our customers will understand that Bidz.com is a legitimate business with the interest of the customer and the company in mind. Unfortunately, the information provided by the Rip Off Report is not sufficient to pinpoint the user's account nor the details of the issue at hand, but suggestions can be made to ensure customers, present and future, are never made to feel 'victimized' by Bidz.com. To receive a specified rebuttal, please include listing/invoice numbers in any future complaints. If an item was received in the wrong size, we will issue a refund in full. We consider this a mistake in the listing, however, it would involve some investigation. The tag on the item claims a size 9. This means this evaluated by hand and tagged by someone who evaluated this personally. We admit mistakes may happen, however, we would be interested viewing the listing deeming it a size 8. If this was included in the reason for return, we would have evaluated the tag against the listing and deemed it not as described. The fact the customer was subject to a restocking fee could be two reasons: 1. The reason for return was unclear or conflicted with the evaluation in some way 2. We made a mistake. We are aware this happens and will be more than happy to complete the refund. All items are evaluated thoroughly before they are posted for auction and, if returned, again during the return process. We encourage the customer to contact Bidz.com to file a restocking fee dispute and we would be more than willing to reopen the case and reevaluate the refund. Lastly, a request for return shipping will not necessarily be denied. Please contact us to request this and keep in mind we will not reimburse for expedited returns. We also recommend tracking for items returned.
