We hope to provide a response to this report so that our customers will understand that Bidz.com is a legitimate business with the interest of the customer and the company in mind. Unfortunately, the information provided by the Rip Off Report is not sufficient to pinpoint the user's account nor the details of the issue at hand, but suggestions can be made to ensure customers, present and future, are never made to feel 'victimized' by Bidz.com. To receive a specified rebuttal, please include listing/invoice numbers in any future complaints. We don't intend to redistribute the blame for this issue, but it would be in the best interest of the customer to file a claim with the agency she used to send her Money Order. Any investigation would track this loss straight to us. This fact, in conjunction with us just not being that kind of business, there is no way we would illegally accept payment for goods we do not intend to send. The fact that this loss coincides with the customer's dissatisfaction with our company is pure coincidence. We would not hold this against the customer and would even allow a return of the merchandise (within the 15 days) for a refund. As the sender, it is the customer who would initiate an investigation as to where the Money Order may be. The complaint filed with the BBB is pending investigation and will be responded to in detail as the customer's identity is disclosed fully on that site. For future reference however, we recommend customer send their payments with tracking as items may be lost in transit. If a payment is lacking any identifying information such as username, listing numbers or invoice numbers, this may also delay the payment process. Bidz.com cannot be held liable in this unfortunate event.
