Imagine getting about 120 hour checks this small, fighting for a signature on everyone of them and still being told he has to put money into the account before i can cash it? No one human could possibly do it. Working while starving. A room for a night was not going to do.  Owed atleast four more of those small ones but im being nice. Im not even trying to calculate a legal min wage from my start date of March 29th.  I know I worked the 4th  which should be time and a half because a weirdo customer decided to write me a thank you letter that I took a picture of.  This job consumed all of my time and energy and my thank you at the end was a sexually herassing said to be daughter of his calling the police for putting a sometimes buffer back in his place of not following me across the street when im getting my hydration from the gas station.

  • After being handed a business card in February by CEO who saw me headed home after working another rip off job I called and when I got through was interviewed on Fri March 28th to begin a hire date of Sat March 29th 8am for what was stated by him as going to be $800 every two weeks thus enabling me rent and ability to go to school as well. The business card does on top right hand corner insinuate that he's legal or Inc. When hired to start of in the bay area studying through working on the vehicles but with an intent to hold a position within my field of clerical/office, I arrived on time studied the flier of package deals, became over worked non-stop daily, no days off, no breaks for over ten days straight. Having to also hold signs of false advertisement in between doing the labor. My first check was so small that I had to move out of the house I was renting while he insisted that I stay at the shop. I continued on with this labor out of both of his shops sometimes even traveling early mornings to supply the other shop. I was careful not to do anything without the CEO okaying it so that I have plenty of cell phone text messages between mine and his phones regarding productivity. Checks had not gotten any better. They were always weeks late. Not signed. When finally signed  I was asked not to cash it yet until he's ready. Meanwhile I was watching him spending on more advertisement of business in different names plus mobile vehicles and such. He was insisting to leave t.vs plugged up and on 24/7 as well as certain lights. Hendricks Ave. Shop has the brightest lights on for no reason as u pass at night yet he was crying about the shop bills being too high as why he wouldn’t hand out checks for July 16th stating  to bear with him or step off. The last of the pics shows the details of my daily/nightly job performance as listed on my resume.  I continued on at work even after they stole from me out of the shop the pic of my newly bought cell phone and case that I had to rebuy. He quickly when gone after by legal counsel was claiming that I was never an employee.  Hopefully police have on record that they dispatched a male officer to the property the afternoon of Sept 18th also as proof that that was my last day there a working underpaid employee.

every check was late, unsigned and not even close to a legal minimum wage. He was living a fast life out of motel rooms lined wall to wall and ceiling high with some sort of kids wheelies and cocaine is what i was told outside of stealing all his employees money to invest into starting new businesses.

Again just a request of a legal min wage for normal business hours worked full time, during the times i hadnle already recieved a completely ripped off unsigned check as of yet.  It cost my BOA account to have to close as well as a payday advance to not be able to get paid but im not even trying to charge for that, nor pain and suffering. Ive actually gone above and beyond the facts of those hours that has gone unpaid at all.

Regular consistant job duty points of handling customers

#7Author of original report

Sun, July 16, 2017

I sold package deals regularly handling any and all customer complaints as well. Ive gone above and beyond into even window tinting and tire work. Was robbed out of every single tip every single day but one. If anytgung was ever tidy and in place including water or air hoses, it was only because i put it in place literally. They would trash the business property regularly and intentionally thinking their job was only to destroy and collect as much money as they could possibly get with no real ethic or morals.
