They were very quick to charge me for the order. November 26, 2007 placed order. Processed the next day and I stupidly allowed the charge to my paypal account. There was an error that they quickly amended. One week later I inquired about when I can expect delivery. No response.

Following week, I inquired again both by phone and via email. One woman called me to clarify order. I just asked her to ship what was available as soon as possible. Following week, inquired againn as to status of order. Steven Owen, director of operation, emailed me indicating that he didn't know what went wrong with my order, but if I verified my address he would have it sent out immediately. I verifed that any of the addresses I provided would be fine, just please send the order as there were Christmas gifts in it.

That was on Tueday December 18. It is Thursday Dec 20. I have not heard back from Steven Owen ([email protected]). I have called several times and left messages twice since Dec 18. All of there operators are busy all of the time and there is no way of reaching a real person.

This company is not reputable and I will not deal with them again. I am also proceeding to report them to PayPal and my credit card company.

I guess the deals really were too good to be true

Received the goods less some of the items in the original order--Dec 20, 2007. I really needed them for the 19th which is why I ordered in November. Have not received credit for the missing items. Really not happy with the experience in total and am still not confident that I will get the credit.
