I too have been ripped off by this company. There is no technical support and I too am demanding a refund!!! I didn't get as far as the first person, I couldn't even get the software downloaded to MY cell phone, let alone a "target" phone!! EVERYONE, STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I agree with this complaint 100%. I also paid $69 for vaporware. I was told by online support that it was not compatible with my phone after the sale. I was then told that all sales are final and a refund would not be processed. I have since cancelled the charge with my credit card. I have also opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who coincidently has rated Big Daddy with a 'F' rating. Check for yourself.
It amazes me that this company is not prosecuted for these scams.

Dear Consumer, I do regret our product did not meet your standards, however I would like to address some statements made in your report. You claimed the following statement was a lie: "Do I have to load the software on the target phone? No". The software is NEVER loaded on the target phone. And according to the instructions you mentioned in your report, you never loaded any software on the target phone. You simply paired the target phone to your host phone as you would any Bluetooth device. This is a Bluetooth security requirement and has nothing to do with our software. This is stated in numerous places in the ad, and in the agreement you accepted. You claimed that once you are out of Bluetooth range, you must follow all steps again. This is not the case and clearly outlined in the PDF manual and the Video manual. By selecting "Always Accept Connection" on the target phone, you never have to pair the 2 phones again. The first time is sufficient. As mentioned earlier, it uses the same technology as any Bluetooth device (i.e. a Bluetooth headset). Bluetooth range has been known to reach as far as 1.2 miles, however the standard is about 100 feet. We are glad you were able to take advantage of our online support, however I could not find an entry under your name. We are not ashamed of our product, and our techs are very experienced in using the software - they are all required to have it loaded on their phones. If you had trouble with our phone support, we do apologize - we have had high call volumes recently due to our online promotions. While we are terribly sorry your experience was unpleasant, we do ask that you not label our company as a "ripoff". We have hundreds of satisfied customers every day. We are the original BlueWare retailer - please do not confuse us with the actual ripoffs on the internet.
