This man is a Professional at what he does, believe it , he has convinced the people who owns these puppys that it was a good deal. If you read all the websites He Bill Knell has Ripped Off the people who own the puppies, They are suing him in court also. Bill Knell, Catherine Knell, Jamie Knell, are still ripping off people today in a different way, he writes and sells books, has a really big website, with a hundred different listings... You can find this CROOK at BillKnell.com

I went through something very similar to your experience, and I also have a rip-off report from 2005 regarding these people. I successfully sued Cat and Bill Knell on Apr. 25, 2006 in small claims court in Arizona. The day of my court case, they were also successfully sued by another former customer because her puppy died within hours after it had been received, and Cat and Bill would not refund her money. It appears they have also recently lost a court case with a credit card company (http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/CivilCourtCases/caseInfo.asp?caseNumber=CV2006-051285). I, along with some other people scammed by them, tried everything to have these people investigated and shut down, but unfortunately no organizations we contacted cared. Good luck in your fight for justice against these scam artists. Sincerely, Donna
