About two months ago, we ordered a music tape from Equidestore. Next, we got a call from our credit card fraud deparmtment asking whether we had ordred anything from billinghelp.com as we may be getting a recurrent charge. We said we had not authorized this recurrent charge. So, we cancelled our credit card.

Now, we got an email from billing help telling us they intend to charge us $29.00 withiin three days. In order to cancel this charge we are asked to contact them wiwth our credit card number!

There is a sucker born every day but this time. we are not one of them.

here is the communication form Billing help. They are apparently linked to other online web links. Equidestore is listed as selling books and also as a cleaning service.

Your credit card number used while purchasing the product

E-mail used while purchasing the product

3. Choose "Login" to enter

4. Once your order information page appears, press "Cancel Order" in "Order Status" area

5. View drop-down menu on next page to select the reason of your subscription termination

6. Please carefully check entered information. Click "Cancel Order" to continue or "Back" to return to the previous page and change information details.

7. The page will appear to notify you about your order cancellation confirmation.
