Back in 2006 after returning back from a deployment, I took my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant to Billy Youngs Mitsubishi dealership which was located at the time at 428 West Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Killeen Texas.  They gave me a quote for the value of the Galant and pretty much told me that I could have anything on the lot.  I select a 2007 Mitzubishi Lancer (RS) and was satisfied with the monthly payments.  8 years has passed and I received a call from a collection agency stating that I owe $9,509.25 for the 2003 Galant I traded in to Billy Young Mitsubishi dealership in 2006.  This dealership failed their terms to the agreement to pay off the lean holder as promised.

PD Flowers Contact your lender and ask them for the copy of the documents the dealer sent to the current lender of the car you are driving now.  Also do you have any documents related to the purchase of the car you are driving now ? Do the documents that you have now been related to the car that you are driving right now reflect any numbers that show the dealership is paid off the past no on the other car ?

If you have any documents that reflect that the dealership agreed to pay off the loan on the other car you personally need to hire a Fred attorney auto dealer FRAUD If you have documents that prove that they agreed to pay off the previous car loan. You are a victim of auto dealership fraud.  You need to contact the department of motor vehicles in your state and touch base with the auto dealership department Of auto dealer licensing..

Do not give up on this if you have documents that show they agreed to pay off the previous car loan. If what you say is true and you have documents to back it up maybe dealerships do this just to increase the amount of profit on the deal. Do not give up on this hammer them hard.

If you have the documents call the dealership up will go there in person and show them remind them that they agreed to pay off that previous deal. If they do nothing tell them you're going to the Department of Motor Vehicles regarding dealership licensing..

You need to contact your lender of the car that you got now and ask them to send you copies of all documentation regarding your file.. By the way if what you say is true you have an excellent case for a good lawsuit against this dealership.  I will be watching your report to see if you post any updates......
