I used this company for the first time about a week ago. I sent them $200 in exchange for bitcoins. I recieved an automated message saying that my money has been recieved and i should be recieving my bitcoins in the next day or two.
I waited, but no bitcoins were recieved. I then sent an email asking where my bitcoins were and I got back the same automated message. I sent another email asking to please get a real response as to why I havent recieved my bitcoins and I again, got the same automated response.
I sent a message to managment saying,
"Hi, several days ago I sent in a money gram but never receieved my bitcoins. I have gotten tree automated messages saying that my money has been received, Every time I try to send an email I only get back the same automated emil, not answering any of my questions. I need to know why I have not received my bitcoins and when I will be getting them. If you do not transfer my bitcoins, I want a refund. I even spent the extra $20 to get same day transfer for the money gra, for faster service but it was a waste because I havent received anything. Please let me know what will happen. Thank you."
I have gotten no response, or bitcoins. THIS WEBSITE HAS LIED. They took my money and then cut off contact with me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Apparently they sent the bitcoins but I never recieved them because of a fault on my side. They did take a while to send thm but nevertheless they sebt them and showed me proof. I just need to find out what went wrong on my part. My apoplogies to the company.
