We bought a time share at a presentation in Cabo on January 7 2016. The company we were buting into is Bloom Residences. We already own a timeshare at Sandos resorts, and the package Bloom was offering sounded like it suited our needs much better. The deal was that Bloom Residences would purchase our timeshare for a very fair amount, and we purchase a Bloom Residence package.
We paid $5000 at the meeting and signed paperwork, contracts, etc. They said that Brevan Asset management would be the Escrow company for it and would handle the details. Well after no less than 40-50 phone calls and over a year later we have absolutely nothing to show. When I call any of the companies the "manager" is never there, and they absolutely never call me back. They have given me every excuse in the book, and delayed, and delayed, and delayed. I was even talked into paying an activation fee at Brevan Asset Management of $925 on top of the $5000 we already paid.
I am tired of playing the waiting game, and want my money back at this point. I feel I have been more than fair. And I am still getting the runaround from all companies. I guess if I can express anything to someone out there considering doing the same thing I did, save your money!! Don't do it. As far as I am concerned it is a very well thought out and planned scam to get your hard earned money. If anyone has any input on this to help me please let me know. Also want to stop them from doing this to other people.

This has been resolved. A portion of my money was refunded back to me. The problem was possibly with my current resort. Either way I am done with it. Jim Lawton
