I saw an ad for blu cigs and thought this might be a nice alternative to smoking so i ordered then and received an e mail stating due to popular demand my order would arrive in two week..i was fine with this...two weeks came and my order still said pending..i call their customer service and the person tells me due to the demand that my order would be sent out within 4 weeks...i accepoted this even though i was quite unhappy with the outcome....4 weeks comes and my status is still "pending" i call them back and i get the same responce i got the first time but only now it was due to popular demand yout item will arrive within "6" weeks well at this point i had had it i told them what i though of their unprofessional ethics and they did not respond after that......well finally a couple of days ago my status had finally switched to shipped i was happy about this becaue it meant no more having to deal with this shabby company.....but today i check the tracking number and it says that my item was shipped to my state of tampa fl but WAS UNDELIVERABLE and was being returned to sender....after doing some searching the reason this happens is becasue of an invalid or unreadable address...i looked at the websites my account feature and my address was right which means these people obviously messed up this is by far in my 15 years of using the internet to shop the worst expierence i have ever dealt with if you want to buy electronic ciggerates i assure you dont get them thru blu you will have nothign but headaches...

Blu Cigs Delivers On Their Word

I ordered my Blu Cigs starter kit last friday and received it today (Thursday). I am very impressed with the product. Blu did send me an email stating that it was shipped while the USPS stated they had not received the package yet. I am familiar with Priority Mail and expected this as the USPS is horrible about updating the tracking information. The address on the package was printed from a computer printer. Blu informed me that it would be two weeks before my order was shipped. It was ordered on Friday and shipped on Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day) and then delivered on Thursday. I have had no issues with Blu and have already placed a fresh order for more of their product. From what I can tell regarding the complaints against Blu, it seems all the problems are actually involving the USPS and not Blu.
