Blue Steel Quarter Horses is a fraud/scam horse breeding farm in swansea,SC. It is run by the notorious horse trader and fraud-trainer: Kara Williams Hoefer. She poses as a knowledgable trainer, but she is a total joke to watch. She can barely ride, and she is very scared of horses. She claims to have a great deal of professional training, but has no evidence to back-up her claims. She can barely keep her heels down when she rides! She loves to buy trash horses at auctions and sell them as something that she "bred herself." This woman took me for a fool and sold me a mare that had ringbone in all 4 feet. This renders the horse totally lame and unable to ride. The horse was sound when I went to look at her. I wonder how Kara accomplished this? The horse is sound at blue steel quarter horses, but as soon as I get her home she goes lame. I would say she drugged the horse with anti-inflammatory agents before I arrived. She is also a college professor, so she should know better. Beware of this fraud horse trainer.
