We purchased a nice 2008 5th wheel on 12/24/14. We were told that everything had been thoroughly checked and it was ready to go. I use travel trailers for my working away from home. We put it in storage and expected to be using it soon with work. Work did not arise until October of 2015 in Wyoming. We pulled it to Wyoming and got it all set up. The faucet in the bedroom sink leaked underneath, so it could not be used for the four months I was there, and when I climbed up top to spray the rubber seals on the slides to keep them soft, the top gaskets on the two long slides were torn, shreaded, and had holes in them. I chatted online with a Bob Hurley RV representative concerning this and stated that I expected these items to be fixed upon my return to Tulsa. The reply was that it would be taken care of. On 1/27/16 I delivered the travel trailer to Bob Hurley RV and went over what needed repairing and stated that these items should have been discovered before it was ever put up for sale. On 2/3/16 the service manager called and stated that she would have to talk to the sales manager to see if they would do the repairs at their cost. On 2/4/16 she called and stated that the sales manager said they would not do the repairs without my paying for them. I said that with the truck I bought in 2011 and this travel trailer, I have spent $56,000 with Bob Hurley, but will never spend another dime there. I said for them to not do anything, I would pick it up on 2/5/16 and take it to Hunter RV and have them do the repairs. On top of this, they lied to me about the extended warranty I bought for the 2009 3/4 ton Chevy Silverado which I purchased in 2011. They said it covered everything. It didn't, and I had to eat $500 in internal door repairs. Never, ever, ever again will I even set foot on any Bob Hurley property, and will certainly never give them one dime's worth of business. Stay away from Bob Hurley. Period.
