So yesterday I received a letter from John Hoffman stating that they have "exhausted" their efforts to find assistance in repairing my vehicle thru KIA Motors America. What pisses me off the most is that it's not KIA's problem, it's the dealership because the dealership technician, Kenneth Keenan, damaged my oil filter, refused to admit guilt and change it for a new one, left it on there until my car ran out of oil. Wow. This is so unjust. I'm definitely pursuing legal action against them. My attorney will file the lawsuit with the court Friday morning. Keep you updated.

So far my vehicle has been at the Bob Rorhman since February 17th, and has not gotten fixed. I called the manager that responded to this site and he brushed me off. He said that he needed some time to have "due diligence" and figure out what was going on. The General Manager that I talked to is Latif Qadri. I also talked to Ross Cartwright in service. I guess he is the service manager that is in charge of talking to corporate. He claimed that for 12 days, he was waiting on someone from corporate to come out and inspect the car. Long story short, they found out exactly what MY insurance found out, that there was damaged cause to the filter and could not warranty the damage. I never told them it was a warranty issue. They are beating around the bush. To add insult to injury, they gave me a rental on good faith, which was nice, but then called me on Saturday (5days after they issued the rental) to bring the car back because it wasn't their" problem" if i didn't have a ride to and from work. I hired an attorney and we will get justice. I can at least rest knowing that i gave them the benefit of the doubt in doing what they "could" for me to fix the car. I would even come to some sort of agreement to pay 1/4th of the cost. It pisses me off that they would damage my car and blame me, then not cover the damage. They can't even come up with an ESTIMATE of the damage they caused!!!!! One whole month and they still don't even have an ESTIMATE!! This is negligent, unprofessional, and despicable. I will not rest, I will not stop until justice is served and my car is finally fixed. I will take every single action against them to show these people that they can't get away with doing this to people!! This is suppose to be one of the top dealerships in Illinois and I trusted them. I guess that's where i went wrong.
In conclusion, I will get my car fixed one way or another. I will do what it takes to get my car fixed!! I will climb the scales of justice to make sure Bob Rorhman Schaumburg Kia never does this to anyone and never puts anyone in this horrible, vulnerable, appalling, position. This dealership can not be trusted!!!!
