Body Genix Auto ship cancelled orders Clinton County MI
I saw an ad for a free trial of Garcinia cambogia and forskolin, I ordered it onl line.
As soon as I read the fine print after ordering it I saw they had an auto shipment, so I called and cancelled it.
I never received the free sample, however I was charged for the shipping, 4.95 and 4.99.
I did not worry about it until I received an auto shipment a month later and called and tried to return it.
I told them I never recived the free sample and they could not find the tracking number so they knew it was true.
They still claimed I never cancelled and all they would do for me is ship the free sample now.
They would not credit my account or let me mail back the auto shipment.
This company I am sure does not get any repeat customers and makes their living ripping people off on these auto ship scams.
