Approx three months ago, my girlfriend and I went to Bonefish Grille in Boyton Beach Florida for lunch. The receptionist told us she couldnt seat us because the restaurant was full however noone was waiting to be seated and the restaurant was not even 1/3 full of diners. She then retracted saying she was only joking. i felt like I was being treated like yesterdays news so complained to the regional manager who passed it on to store manager who called me and told me would take to his employees about proper behavior. I informed him regardless I would not return to this restaurant. Customers are everything and you have to know how to treat them if you are running a business. I dontcare how good the food is - I wont return.
