Boost Business Funding, LLC run by Maria Benltey ([email protected]), and her sidekick Neil Waslh ([email protected]) are the sleazy bunch of brokers in New York.
To start, Ms Maria Bentley and Mr. Neil Walsh, and others unknown, control, instruct, and direct a bunch of boiler room telemarketers not to take no for an answer. It's amazing if you are in Texas you receive a call from an 806 area code (Texas) introducing themselves as Boost Business Funding, but the fact of the matter Boost Business Funding is located in Buffalo NY a 716 area code. Boost Business Funding LLC under the guidance of both Ms. Maria Bentley, and Mr. Neil Walsh incorporated "SPOOF" as a legitimate way of doing business. It's a scam. So no matter where they call from it shows up under the same area code -a complete lie. They do this to hide their true identiy. It can not be legal for a finance broker deceive in this fashion. What do you think?
Once they get you on the line the crap flows. A rep saying his name was Tom Brown (Alias?) introduced Boost Business Funding as the largest financial company in the country. Boost Business Funding is nothing more than a small broker. Records show the business is just one (1) year old. After talking with Tom, Ms. Bentley, and Neil Walsh tag team you. They ask to complete an application, and fax with six (6) months of business bank statements and an business tax return--THIS IS FROM A BROKER THAT SPOOFS, AND THEY WANT ALL MY FINANCIAL INFORMATION.
After receiving my information Ms Bentley offers to loan (advance) $30,000.00. She says the repayment would be $357.16, a daily debit automatic from my checking account. She said there would be 21 debits a month for six months. That amounts to 126 of $357.16 or $45,002.16--That's interest of $15002.16 or OVER 300% interest in 6 MONTHS. Ms. Bentley has the audacity to tell me there is no interest rate because it's an advance not a loan-followed by another line of stupidity saying it's under a year so there is NO INTEREST. At that point I'm not proceeding so her boy Mr. Walsh jumps on the line. The guy sound like a nervous wreck, talking 1000 miles an hour-he knows he is lying and you can feel it.
My suggestion if you get a call from Boost Business Funding, Ms Bentley, of her boy Neil Walsh hang up. If you want some amusement ask where the call is originating-then ask why it show up in your area code-they say oh it's an old system our collection agency uses (COLLECTIONS-REDFLAG). Ask the interest rate. Ask who is funding the deal. Ask if Boost Business Funding LLC is liscensed. Ask for a list of company owners. Finally, ASK WHAT BOOST BUSINESS FUNDING LLC WILL MAKE AS COMMISSION.

Boost Business does not have a good reputation. This is a brand new company run by a real estate broker, Maria Bentley and a former bill collector, Neil Walsh (picture attached), with no experience. Rather then waste time go directly to the Lender. If you deal with Boost Business Funding LLC the other reports state you will pay a fortune in commission, and phony fees attached to the loan. It is within your legal rights to request a complete breakdown of interest, fees, commissions, and more. Another red flag is the inexperience of the owner Bentley, and Walsh. Finally, if the company is using fake telephone numbers which show phony locations that should be the final nail i the coffin. I wouldn't do business with such a company.

The rebuttal report filed by "The owner of boost business funding" is this report for real. Who is this owner? From reading the original report it must be Maria Benley of Neil Walsh. I coundn't find anything of Mr. Walsh, but did find information on Ms Bentley. with a picutre which will be posted. Seem like she is just a clerk for a mortgage company. The real curious thin about the report from "THE OWNER" says they closed thoosands of loan? But the incorporation shows it incorporated Novenber 20,2015 -not even two months ago. I found that information on the site Watchdog-who commented before me. That's a blantant lie for THE OWNER who is she/he? With all the negative inforamton on BOOST BUSINESS FUNDING LLC why would any one trust them. It amazing how stupid these companies/scammers think consumers are.

I have to agree Boost Business Funding LLC is a dishonest Boiler room type company. I google the company and there is nothing, I mean nothing, postive.
A few examples:
www.complaintsboard.com --look up Boost Business Fudning LLC Buffalo NY
repdigger.com
and the list goes on.
I decided to research the company because I received a cold call from a guy with a 215 area code, and he left a 716 number Turns out the number was on the wastchlist as nothing. The guy said it was because they had an old telephone system. Didn't make sense. The he put some woman on the phone. She was so pushy, and rude. When I asked question about interet rate she said since the loan is under a year there is no interest. Then she said we are advancing money--samantics. Turns out what was offered was over 500% , Then there were fees on top of fees. For a $35,000 loan/advance they want to debit my account $570.83 for 21 days a month for 4 months or a total of $47,950.00, and not only that they wanded to charge another ACH fee of $1,800.00 --no such thing.
Thank goodness I did my research.
You should too.
