Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have used Boost Mobile with my business for over 4 years.  Over that time I have had an occasional billing problem and everytime it is very difficult to take care of because of the lack of customer service available.  It is phone mail hell to try and speak to anyone and the phone system is extremely confusing about trying to change your billing or payment method.

Well my wife and I were going on vacation out of the country and she said that I should prepay the phone bill before we left so that there would not be any problems while we were gone for a week.  When I called I found out that we had a credit for over 1 months service.  My wife wanted me to add more money into the account anyway just to be safe.  I thought it was pointless but to make my wife happy I added another months payment.

When we got back from vacation my wife went to check the voice mail and found out that the phone service was turned off.  This cost us $1000's in sales since we expected to have around 20 messages waiting for us when we got back.  Thank you Boost Mobile!

I then had the pleasure of trying to deal with Boost Mobile to get our phone back on and to find out what happened.  I first went to find out my account balance and found that payment had been taken out and that I still had a credit for over one months billing.  Now I had the pleasure of trying to find a person to speak with and their phone system is horrible!  It took me numerous tries to finally get the phone mail hell choices right to get in touch with a person.

After explaining everything to customer no service I was told that the reason the phone had been turned off was because the credit card on file had been declined.  Now in all fairness I will say that the credit card was no longer valid because it had been stolen 4 months before but I had been paying monthly with another card since that time and had not had a problem with my service.  I would have changed it their system earlier but it is soooooo confusing I wasn't sure it would be right anyway which is why I trusted me making monthly prepayments.

Now I had a credit for over 2 months billing, they took out 1 months billing and tried to run the old credit card.  So even though they took out the money to pay for the service they still turned off my service.  It took over 1 1/2 hours to try and find out what happened and to try and get a service credit.  After losing $1000's in business I thought my wife was being very reasonable in asking for 1 months service credit.  The most that we could get Boost Mobile to agree to was $5.  We then asked to speak with a manager and ended up going through customer service, the dispute resolution department and billing.  The final maximum credit they would agree to was $10.  A complete waste of my time and energy.

Needless to say I will be leaving Boost Mobile since the low cost of service is obviously equivalent to low quality service.

If you depend on your working when you pay your bill I highly recommend you choose another carrier!
