Brick House Security Brick House won't cancel your subscription! New York Nationwide
Brick House Security was suppose to send me a SIM card for a GPS devise that I purchased. The card never came and I forgot about the device I purchase. Several months later I noticed that I was receiving a monthly charge for a unit that I never activated or received services for. I asked for a refund and attempted to cancel my account. The customer service representative was kind and told me my subscription was canceled. Several months later, my account was still being charged and they will not give me a refund me for the subscription that I never received. I ended up having to cancel my credit card in order to stop the automatic withdrawals. This has been a huge waste of time. I would not use Brick House Security!
