Brick House Security GPS Tracking devices do not work as they tell you they will. New York City New York
They advertise on their website that the GPS Trackers they sell work in most vehicles made after 1996. However, when these devices quick tracking their technical support people tell you that it must be the vehicle and to try it in different vehicles. Each time you do so, you have to drive the vehicle for 20 minutes and then call them back. Of course their hold time is normally 20 to 40 minutes so you can waste several hours at a time trying to get the devices working. They also offered replace one of the devices but when that one didn't work either and I sent it back, they charged me a 20% restocking fee. I gave it a good year (at $29.99 a month) trying to make their products work but dealing with technical support for this company was difficult. About all they know to tell you is reset the device or move it to another vehicle and drive the vehicle for 20 minutes, then call them back if it doesn't work. I found a much better product and service in US Fleet Tracking (http://usft.com)
