Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have a big problem and I'm hoping some of you can help me out.
Recently i got laid off from my job and while I had a bit of money saved I have 5 kids all ranging from the ages of 19-4 that depleted it fairly quickly. I have a pretty impressive resume work wise and lined up a couple interviews after a couple months of not having any luck finding a job.

What I found weird was that I'd interview for these positions, have great rapport, and the  never hear from them again even after repeated inquiries.

I bumped into one of the human resources staff while on my way out one afternoon after going in to grovel about my job and i was given the rundown. It seems a website called bustedmugshots.com has some pictures of me from a couple of incidents I had with the law ranging from 8-10 years ago.

I was in shock that these pictures and my arrest information could be so readily available on google like that. I contacted the website and they are attempting to "extort" me for approx. $600 to have the pictures removed. I explained to the lady on the phone that I could not get hired due to these pictures and that they all stemmed from one case upon which I got violated twice during my probation for not having enough money to pay restitution fees, and that this charge was from 2003-04 and she got really nasty with me. Pretty much told me to go Eff myself and that who told me to go to jail.

I don't know what to do as obviously I don't have the $600 to pay as I can barely keep a roof over my family's head right now.
what they are doing is morally wrong. Financially wrong for most people. Why am I continuing to have to pay for a crime that I did my time for over 8 years ago? If it wasn't because of this site those jobs would have never known because after 7 years it does not show up in record checks unless it's a financial or govt position.

Someone or Some of you please advise me as to what to do.
I  hope someone here has a solution to this problem. This company is making money like crazy off of this. I have read other horror stories online.  I haven't been able to sleep all week over this and I'm at wit's end. How do i tell my 19 yr old that I can't afford to pay her college next semester because Dad doesn't have a job? I'm losing the rest of my d**n hair.
Please pardon my grammar errors here and there as I am truly distressed over this and mentally and emotionally distressed.

Help!!! Ryan Russell & Kyle Prall of Starnine Ventures must be stopped.

BOISE The Ada County sheriff says its own website is being used to extort money from people who have been arrested. Since 2003, the Ada County Sheriffs Office has been posting daily mugshots of those arrested on their website.  But, Sheriff Gary Raney says recently third party websites have been "scraping" the mugshot and names of those on their website and then placing the information on their own website. Scraping websites, like Boisemugshots.com, has thousands of mugshots of those arrested since early 2011.  The photos on Ada Countys website are deleted after five days. Boisemugshots.com provides a link to another site that removes the information from the Internet for $99. It's really a form of extortion, said Raney. This is something that really goes against the fundamentals of what I sense we should be putting that mugshot out there for. Raney says he is now considering taking down the website to protect those who have been arrested. There's really an injustice that happens to people, said Raney. Raney is also looking into increasing the security on the site to prevent other sites from taking information.

Bizarre Logic and Reasoning
If kidnappers called the ransom amount
the returning person fee would it bedazzle the system again? Further,
if the kidnappers rationalized their acts with the same logic would
the system be mystified by them? Reasoning, they had to go through
the hassle of kidnapping someone hence they are entitled to the
returning person fee (Ransom Money).

If blackmailers (public records
websites) called the extortion amount the unpublish/reputation repair
fee would it bedazzle the system? Further, if the blackmailers
rationalized their acts with the same logic would the system by
mystified be them? Reasoning, they had to go through the hassle of
stealing government property, identity theft, stalking people,
holding people to involuntary servitude, injuring their reputation,
blackmailing them hence they are entitled to an unpublish/reputation
repair fee (Extortion Money).

Reaction time is a factor in this, so please pay attention.

MugShots Is Nothing But Legal Extortion..

#6General Comment

Wed, October 31, 2012

I don't have any mugshot pictures however I can tell that mugshots aren't the only ones doing this. It is nothing but legal extortion. They take embarrassing photos of people and highlight them on google and then charge them to take them down. There are other companies just like mugshots that have started doing the same thing. So that when you come across one of the pictures and pay to remove it, the picture appears again. I honestly believe that mugshots owns these other companies as well.

Also, many cities and states and municipalities are doing this now too. They put traffic warrants under your name prominently online where the world can see it. These rankings are even higher than facebook and twitter. Various companies in the US go through court records to find embarrassing details about divorces, and other personal matters and puts them online too. Anything salacious they can find. If you complain they now say "Well its all public information".

Anything that will make them a quick buck or will draw attention to their site is fair game.

What mugshots is doing is reprehensible and extortion but trust me mugshots is just the tip of the iceberg.
