Young girl traveling across country had to have car towed to this company. When there she said she needed to pay by phone using fathers credit card. The owner said yes, the mechanic was there to witness.
When young girl went to pick up the car 3 Days later, they refused to let her use the credit card payment by phone. Siad they’d been burned before and would only take cash.
Poor girl had no cash and ad to find a friend to wire money to her.
