I placed order #100001636 with cabinetsdirectrta.com on 9/18/13. I have recieved a partial fulfillment of the order, but nothing more than promises after that. I have called NUMEROUS times to be told of customs issues etc. Each time they ask for a 30 day extension and I have patiently waited. I have been asking for a return of the delivered product for months now, with a run around, and they have recently become unresponsive. I will be reporting to the BBB on 1/5/15 and suing in small claims court thereafter if they do not show any further signs of good faith in this matter.
I have kept a careful record of phone contact as well as all e-mail traffic, in which they acknowledge the fact that the order is not complete. If you are from the company and reading this, I welcome contact. If you are a potential customer, I recommend running the other direction. I will update this report as the company does or does not respond. I want the company to pay for the return of the cabinets and a full refund, nothing more, nothing less.

Order number 100001636. I was promised a refund or shipment of my order last week after filing a report. I foolishly chose fulfillment of the order. I am now no longer recieving responses to calls or emails. I want a refund for unfulfilled product. I will be trying once more tomorrow to resolve this and then filing with the BBB as well as small claims court. if their response 'closes' this complaint I will be opening another just to keep it live. How they are still operating is beyond me.
