Do not ever purchase from CAMPERiD division of ONYX.  A week ago we purchased a sink from CAMPERiD.  It arrived crushed, bent and unusable.  When we contacted CAMPERiD we were told they would schedule UPS to pick up the damaged sink and the order would be cancelled.  CAMPERiD instructed us to reorder the sink if we still wanted it.

We reordered the sink.  CAMPERiD rejected the this second purchase with the explanation that our credit card was declined.  We contacted our credit card company and they provided a copy of our account showing this second order posted to the account; our credit card was NOT declined.  We provided CAMPERiD with a copy of the account provided by our credit card company showing the second purchase of this sink.  CAMPERiD would not assist us to get their errant record corrected.  Our credit card company is helping us dispute this charge.

Yesterday, we made a third attempt to purchase this sink.  CAMPERiD provided an e-mail confirmation of this purchase.  This morning, we received an order cancellation notice from CAMPERiD.  When we phoned CAMPERiD customer service we were told the order was cancelled because the price had changed.  It is illegal to charge more after an item has been sold for an agreed upon price.  CAMPERiD is not only incompetent, it is a fraudulent company.
