Canadianautofinder.ca Ripoff canadianautofinder is a scam, total ripoff! Calgary Alberta
i was contacted by a high pressure salesman at canadianautofinder. i was guaranteed they would sell my truck for its asking price or a complete refund.
i was charged 159.00 dollars cdn to my credit card and told my truck would probly sell in 2-3 weeks tops.
well in the next few months i never received one ph call associated with autofinder.
i was never told about the fine print saying i had to apply for the refund in writing within 21 days of the first ninety days the add ran. naturally i was busy with other things in life and finally after trading my truck in at a dealership i decided to call canadianautofinder for my refund only to find i was a couple weeks too late after their deadline, which was known only to them.
i consider them total conmen and scam artists who do not tell customers up front about the refund and exactly how it is to be collected.
