It is understandable that you are upset with the situation, I would be as well. It is unfortunate that my name was dragged into this but my point is that I had no correspondance from Paypal and I was not aware that the Paypal account had my name on it...after we stopped doing ebay together I started a new business of my own. You did get your money credited back via your last response so hopefully you are satisfied with the end result. If it were me, I probably would not have gone to such extreme measures as to slander someone's business and livelyhood had I not known all of the facts in the matter. You obviously wanted to get your money back for the purchase, which you did, but you went far and beyond to hurt others out of spite. I am by no means blaming you for a situation that was not your fault but on the other hand I had nothing to do with it either. I guess we can just agree to disagree.

Well, unfortunately for you, YOUR name is still on the Paypal account. Making you the person that I paid and making you the person that I filed a dispute against through Paypal. So it is really not my concern if you have not communicated with your "partner" about Paypal. The dispute was filed only after I tried many many times to contact the seller, which you became affiliated with the moment I made a paypal payment with your name on the receiving end. Then, following ebay protocol, I requested the information of the seller(s). I tried to contact Candace on MANY occasions and when I finally got ahold of her, she hung up as soon as she heard what I was calling about. At that point I filed a Paypal dispute in an attempt to get my money back as I obviously could do no civilized business with this situation. I filed a dispute on November 1st with Paypal for non-reciept. There is a 10 day opening for a response from the seller, and there was no response made. Ever. Therefore, the case was decided in my favor. I did do my research, obtaining the name of your other company by looking you up on myspace. You might want to ask your partner why she let it escalate to this point.

My name is Danielle Pomirko and I nor my business is affiliated with Candace Ellis's ebay business. We have not been in business together for over a year. I recently found out that my name is still on the paypal account she used and that is how my name has been involved with this issue. I am a very honest business woman and I am greatly offended by the comments in this report. I was never contacted by anyone regarding this situation and feel I should have been before my name and company was dragged through the mud! If the buyer did so much reasearch after she had a bad experience maybe she should have contacted me before trying to ruin my reputation! I welcome any communication with her if she would like to discuss the situation so her facts will be correct.

How did you pay for the item? If you paid by credit card, which I hope you did, simply do a chargeback and get your money back. Call whomever you have your credit card with and don't be taken. I buy on ebay all the time, but like you, have been stung before by the few rotten eggs that "sell" on there. Good luck!!
