So far... two out of the three credit agencies have removed this false charge. (Yes, I did go to get my free reports from the website mentioned in the comment... it is true that if you go directly through Experian that they will charge you.) However, Experian refused to remove the false collection charge. They claim that they called this agency (though no phone number has been provided to me or listed on my report) and that the agency said to "keep it on the report". Well of course they would say that! I have filed another dispute and put a fraud alert on all three of my reports since I found false names and addresses listed on a couple of them. I will probably have to wait another 30+ days for a new reply.

I wanted to update here as to what is happening with my situation with this fraudulent charge/company. I disputed this charge with all 3 credit agencies (you can see them all free once/year). Within about 12 hours, one credit agency verified that they completed removed this collection charge from my account. They didn't even ask me any questions about it which leads me to believe that they are already aware of this company. It has been about 30 days now and I have not received any word from the other two agencies. If I do not hear anything within another week or two, I will have to pay to view my updated reports as you only get a 30-day time frame to view them and they do not update during that time.
