Similar experience to others that have complained here, on the BBB site and also on Yelp.Without going into all the details, I paid for a table & buffet in March 2012. I finally got the table after about 26 weeks but I'm still waiting for the buffet as of 2/25/13. At the time of payment I was given a delivery estimate of approx 9 weeks!
To add insult to injury, the tale has subsequently suffered from separation of joints and warping making it quite unsightly. Obviously poor construction.
Lastly, the company has refused to answer any e mails or voicemails since late January. Presumably this is in retaliation for my filing a complaint with the BBB and providing a poor (but accurate) review on Angie's List.
Incidentally, on 2/21/2013 the BBB removed this business's accreditation and moved their rating to "F", the lowest possible. The reasons are stated on the BBB's website but include the number of complaints as well as the fact that some of these remain unresolved. Clearly my experience is far from unique.
