Carpet Mill Outlet Did not deliver my carpet that was paid in full and will not give me a refund. Barrington Illinois
I ordered carpet on November 24, 2008. As of January 28, 2009, I still do not have any carpet. I have paid the full balance for the carpet and have received excuse after excuse about why it cannot be delivered. I have been given no less than 6 install dates all of which have been cancelled. I have asked for my money to be returned only to be told that I have to speak to Scott Sandler. I was give a cell number for Scott that does not work 312-404-9226. I have asked for other ways to contact Scott and been told that is his only number. I have asked for Scott to call me and have not received any call.
