Carter Companies, LLC Deandre Carter Deandre and The Carter Companies REFUSE TO PAY Lutz, Florida

Deandre Carter and The Carter Companies refuse to pay for thier mold assessment and air reading services including invoices for J.J. Sosa & Associates. This company is set up to appear as though they are members of several organizations such as the USGBC, Florida Green Building Coalition, and the Institue of Inspection Cleaning and Certification. Their debts are outstanding and Deandre/Deandrew and the Carter Companies are very noncommunicative. Deandre has lied numerous times about payments being made and have never kept an appointment to discuss or resolve as scheduled or returned an email to that effect. The fact that a company like this can operate in any industry in the United States or abroad is very unsettling. Deandre and The Carter Companies are in the process of being called under review by all appropriate industry-related state and federal agencies to make sure they are more responsible in carrying out licensing requirements than paying bills.

Shushok & McCoy bad collection tactics

In the below email you can see that Shushok & McCoy is a collection agency and this posting shows the tactics and threats as well as illegal actions or lengths that some collection agencies will go. Note there is an email even though it claims in his report that I have not returned any emails. This collection company has called customers of ours as well as all family and friends and noted assocations we belong to. Carter Companies has never received the mold reports for the bill in question from the collection agency Shushok & McCoy.
The BBB has denied the accelerated claim for Shushok & McCoy as well as its practices. Please see the link:

Mr. Matt Travis, CEO and President and Matt Turner, CFO should be ashamed of themselves for the collection practices and tactics they teach their employees Richard A Birdwell and Paul James. I could have posted their pictures but refuse to give more advertisement to a bad collection agency.

As I mentioned I would do in my last email, I have filed a Rip Off Report on behalf of yourself and Carter Companies, LLC., concerning actions regarding your account with J.J. Sosa & Associates. You will notice if you Google Carter Companies, LLC that the Rip Off Report is, I believe, the fifth link from the top. Im sure that that is not the first impression you would like potential customers to get.
I also mentioned previously that I had contacted the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and they confirmed that you are not an official member. Currently I have filed a number of complaints with the IICRC concerning your company and the use of their brand.
In regards to your previous response, I do not handle, nor have an update for these Challenger Plaza or Shriner projects you speak of. Maybe if the Carter Companies would pay their outstanding balance of $8,138.76, Mr. Sosa would be more inclined to solicit our services on your behalf.
My client denies any knowledge or receipt of documentation that will substantiate your dispute. They are willing to entertain a one-time settlement offer to resolve the matter. How much do you contend that you owe?
