Casuperdeals.com Supercadeals.com warning RIPOFF COMPANY Toronto Ontario Canada
I was shopping for a xbox 360 elite. I did a search that brought me to the amazon.com website. On that page casuperdeals had an advertisement for xbox 360 elites for about 100 dollars less than I was finding them for around here. I went to there web site, read about the company and checked their feedback. I thought ok this sounds good so I decided to purchase the xbox. I filled in all the information and when it came to payment it said offline payments only. I was a little nervous about this and tried to call the support number to find out why the only took offline payments. All I got was an answering machine saying the salespeople were busy with other customers, to try back later or leave a message. Each time I attempted calling all I got was this answering machine. I should have been suspecious then but I thought maybe it was because of the exchage rate so I went ahead and purchased the item. I went to my local moneygram office and wired them 3o6 dollars plus had to pay a 30 dollar wire fee. The instructions said to send them my confirmation number from the wire transfer. I did this and got a message box pop up that said information was sent to the shipper. This was the last I heard from this company. When I didnt recieve my item I tried calling again. I also attempted to go to their web site but recieve the message virtual host unknown. I tried send an email to the company but it was returned undeliverable. This company advertises on reputable companies web site and advertises they use UPS worldwide for shipping. I have since contacted and reported it to the FBI internet fraud division. Losing the money was bad enough but what hurt most was it was a gift for my sons birthday.
I was gullible and used poor judgement but I want to warn others what a scam company this is.
