Catalog Favorites catalogfavorites.com Rip off of $12.97 month for "VIP" Club Internet
Nov. 2013 ordered a $59.95 pant suit from Catalog Favorites online and paid with debit/credit card. Dec 2013 noticed another charge of $12.97 debited from my bank account. Called Catalog Favorites and was told I also purchased the "VIP Club" for $12.97 per month. Representative said I "clicked" the box for the "VIP Club" which I did not.
She said she could not reverse the $12.97 debited in December, but they would not debit the $12.97 in the coming months. Could not provide me with a supervisor when I requested one.
Will keep a close eye on my account. Buyer beware of this company!
