As a followup to my intial article filed in November of 2007,I would like to report the success of Ripoff Report in bringing togther many Victims of the

CCDN Organization.

The CCDN includes Robert K Lock Jr Esq. the mastermind behind the marketing arms such as Phil Manger and his cronies R&G Marketing and others who sell the services of CCDN on the internet.

I have been contacted by a company called Ageis Corp aka dueprocess a former marketer and have been told they have realized that CCDN is not what they thought and has discontinued selling for them The confer that their clients received no success

I have received many calls from consumers who have been victimized by this group , who promise Debt elimination and "Bullet Proof "defenses against third party creditors.

Once they have paid ,the entrance fee of approximately $4500 to $5000, CCDN changes their tune and claim to provide what they call Federal cases against third party debt collectors via the FDCPA laws. But the actual outcomes are far from the Bullet proof defenses which are promised. The information which i have personally seen and provided by victims these pleadings don't work and can actually get you into worse trouble . The uninformed consumer winds up with judgments and more trouble then they have ever planned for

The MO of the CCDN is to blame the client for not following the instructions given to them and blame them for getting into debt to begin with.

They employ the same pschological tactics used by the collection industry

to coverup their false and misleading promises.

CCDN , Phil Manger, Robert and Coleen Lock , Tracy Webster and the crew will be cooperative with the client until they complain about the problems they are experiencing . Once You lodge a complaint you will become an "untouchable" and fully responsible for your own problems. The Spin Doctors take over and make you feel totally alienated from your hired help group

Most of the people i have talked to have had their lives shattered by these con men and women.

Remember this! The Marketers advertise that this an Attorney run program Robert Lock will deny most of what was promised by the salemen.

I assume Mr lock is still a licensed Attorney In Chicago, Ill. As a officier of the court he would be held liable for his actions in practicing unlicensed law through his confederates in the states they market his services in. I see other victims starting to submit articles to this site and i hope it s****.>

More Pouting from Fired Ex-Marketer Paul

#2UPDATE Employee

Mon, February 18, 2008

This post is just more pouting from fired ex-marketer Paul. Paul has posted 99.9% of negative posts. He was fired as a marketer for lying to debtors in order to gain their business, just as he is doing to you right now. He has REFUSED to provide proof of his claims.

Contrary to the previous post; CCDN DOES ask for prepayment

This complaint does qualify. We have been in the program 18 plus months and the methods might work with a well managed, well researched, detail oriented, customer service based company who does not over promise, falsely promise or execute poorly..........with this company it did not work for us. But not only that, the process was not even done as promised by CCDN themselves. Contrary to what the above post states, they DO ask for prepayment which ARE funds! We paid over 5k for these services which their marketing arm and the CCDN split according to their agreement. So our fee and all the others I've spoken to was NOT a 'simple percentage of the debt eliminated'. You had another deal all together so this is obviously not the same issue and therefore does not apply to what we are dealing with on this report. To state that 4500 is outrageous is correct, but 'not true' is baloney. It is true. We paid more. Others I know paid more. You base this comment on no fact, just hearsay. We have receipts to show we paid these amounts and they were funds and were prepayments.

This complaint doesn't qualify as a rip-off

I've actually tried these methods that these people advocate. Their methods do work. I have actual court orders where the debt collectors' claims were dismissed WITH prejudice. They've stopped all the harrassment. These people do not ask for any prepayment, no funds. Their fee was a simple percentage of the debt eliminated. $4500 is outrageous and simply not true. I'm just a consumer for whom Lock and Associate's methods worked.

Response To Paul Cohen

#8UPDATE Employee

Thu, January 10, 2008

Again Paul Cohen is showing his anger at being relieved of his duties of marketer by the CCDN. Paul is demonstrating more of his unprofessional behavior. He believes he has found a sure fire way of "getting back" for being fired by placing posts on this forum. He knows that, in no way, does this forum require for anyone to "prove" what they are stating. Therefore one can simply place all of the false information they want. However, false posts like his is surely NOT what Mr. Magedson had in mind when he started this website.
