I wanted to get a free report on Experian and entered my information. It stated I had already got my one annual free report from them and it sent me to this page stating I could purchase all 3 of my reports (still stating Experian and annualcredit report.com) for just $39.95. I wanted them so I filled out the information hit the submit button to purchase and all my windows shutdown. I went back on the Experian site and nothing I couldn't find where these reports went to. I went on-line to check if the charge was on there and sure enough it was there. It showed *CC CIC and I searched on-line for a number since it did not list one and oh boy all the complaints came up.

I called the 1-800-388-8725 that I found and first spoke with a girl, and I explained to her what had happened and asked are you Experian and she stated no, I explained to her that since I did not get my reports and she stated to me that yes, there was some technical difficulties I see when you were ordering. I said I want my money refunded back and she said I don't show that it is even pending or that you purchased and I said yes it did its on my bank statement. She puts me on hold forever to talk to her supervisor. She comes back on to tell me that since there was technical difficulty that my order didn't go through, and stated again that I see it online with my bank. She again puts me on hold and we get disconnected.

I call right back and talk to this guy and I told him briefly what happened and that I was talking with someone else and he says something totally different-he says I show its pending and that there is nothing they can do by cancelling until it actually comes out of hold(debit was on my check card holds) but that he could give me their website and I could access the reports by logging in(I never had a login or password nothing(I thought I was on Experian so when were they going to give this to me) I said NO I want my money back and he said to call back once I see it has been taken out.

I call back today and I get you agreed to the terms on the website and that my $39.95 is unrefundable but that I have access to these reports for 30 days, I got upset stating to her I didn't see anything about Creditexpert.com and did curse at the supervisor because I feel like I have been dupped. She said if I curse one more time that she.

I hung up and called back and asked to talk to another supervisor. Same thing I am not going to get my money back but I did tell them that I better not have anymore charges to my account. I don't want my name in their system. The woman took my email address down and sent me my login name and a temporary password to access the reports. It has an Experian Logo at the top of their email. They know I had not went on line to access because I never recieved or put in a login or password-which meant that is why the first girl stated there was technical difficulties. I just don't understand how a company can keep like Experians name and logo on their emails, etc.

It really did seem like I was purchasing from Experian, but was told that you never pay the 3 credit bureaus for reports they are affiliate companies. So is my complaint with Experian or is it with this Credit Expert company. Just totally ticked off.
