Cell Control Spy software Software sold is a ripoff, I was unable to configure this on my phone and the support folks were useless. internet
I purchased a software that was meant to be used to remotely check activities on a mobile phone, to my dismay I was unable to complete the configuration of the software on my phone.
I was advised that the installation was so easy it only takes 5 mins to complete. I tried to get in touch with the support folks (via email) and kept getting the same crap feedback with respect to how I should configure the files on my iphone. This went on for a number of times.
Of late the support function has now been improved whereby one can chat in real time. I tried the chat serrvice and I got the same feedback as per the email feedback. I have a feeling they just go onto the FAQ section and repeat all that has been written back to you.
i am trying to get a refund from them, but I am told that once the software has been downloaded ther is no refund for the purchase.
All I have to say is this is a Rip Off company and let others be careful in attempting to buy the crap software.
