I received a bill from a debt collecting agency for the following amount $954.03, they claim a so called "The subscritpion center" is claiming i have subscribed or agreed to 24 months of magazine subscriptions and are now billing me. I never recieved magazines and did not agree to pay that amount. The central billing network did not want to provide me with further information other than the name of the business, which i cannot find a trace of this business online. Only related scams or other victims on here that are reporting that same issue. I called the BBB to report this and they have given me information on who else to contact regarding the issue, as they have seen other complaints about this. According to the gentleman i spoke to, the central billing network should have transparency in disclosing as to whom is trying to bill me and that could be a violation of the rules regarding that business. Anyone else a victim of this? contact me, there could be a case building against the magazine business or central billing network.

I am a California Resident who received a similiar bill from the Subscription Center for $821.26.
Same as you I have never "subscribed" to this service
I am shocked that some random company would think billing for close to $1,000.00 in magazine subscriptions is proper business practices
I am scared enough into possibly paying since I have been on the road to credit recover and am looking to purchase a home within the next 12 months...
Please help!.....
I will file a report as well.....

I just received a collection letter from central billing today and had a phone call this past Monday from them for 808 dollars from the subscription center for magazines. Pretty much same exact story I've been seeing on here...do you have any updates? I'm calling the BBB on Monday to report I'm not going to pay this or even dispute on central billings website
