We hired Central Security Group (CSG-Guardian) to monitor our house. After few mistakes that were not noticed by the company we perfomred some tests, where we triggered the alarm pursposefully and waited to see if they will notice. Only one out of 4 times did someone call and check on us.
We contacted them on 12/5/2012 and cancelled the service as they were not prividing the monitoring we contracted for. They continued to charge our credit cards fraudulantly and continued to send invoices.
Their equipment has been disconnected for over a year now, and they continue to harrass us with invoices and phone calls.
This business is not a respectable business and feels more like a scam.

Your response is an obvious template that you probably use with the hundreds of cases that may be reported every year.
I HAD technical problems, as I mentioned in my complaint. I COMPLAINED to your service department - many times - and it was not fixed.
That is when i asked for service to be cancelled.
I feel sorry for your other 199,999 customers. I would really check how satisfied they are.

CSG has onver 200,000 satisfied customers. Deciding you no longer want the service while under the term of the agreement does not mean you do not have to pay the amount you agreed upon. If there were issues with the system and they were reported to CSG, who in turn failed to fix the problems, then you have a right to have CSG's techs come back out to fix the system.
I believe ripoff report can supply you with my email address. If you would like to speak with me and get your system fixed please reach out to me and I will ensure we get it done for you.
