CFXA, Central Florida Expressway Authority Kept on charging for tolls for days after the Governor suspended tolls. Orlando Florida
With Hurricane approaching, Governor Scott ordered a suspension of tolls beginning at 5 PM on September 5, 2017. The Central Florida Expressway Authority continued to collect tolls via my Sunpass on September 6, 7, and 8, including pulling funds from my bank account. After discovering this, I pulled the Sunpass out of my vehicle. Most likely, thousands of people are being illegally charged without their knowledge.
