Me & my boyfriend told Mr Nambar that we needed a good car for work and he didn't mention that we were going to get in return a car that needed the basic work like,  motor belt which broke twice, waterpump, theormostate, radiator flush, spark plugs and wires...the actual problem is the head is cracked and leaking coolant causing the engine to miss fire and over heat. He wasted my time telling me to take it to two of his repair places, the last repair place said that he never put the thermostate on the car which it was Mr. Nambar's repair man.  And all the repair cost wasn't free.  I would of liked of taking it to my repair man on the first place but he gave me empression he was going to fix my car or exhange it for another one after I finally had the time to take my car to my repair place to find out the real truth that  it was a major problem. Mr Nambar didn't keep his word of exchanging my car for another one, HE WASTED my time game me the round arounds to take it to his repairs men. He's a ripp off Manager and sales person.

Our commitment to customer service is without question and in this case even though Miss. M. who came in with her father and not her boyfriend bought a 1994 Toyota 4Runner with around 162k miles for $3500 dollars, AS IS.  That being said, we had that SUV serviced and a multi-point inspection completed at the new car dealership before we offered it for sale.  It was given a clean bill of health.

They were offered to purchase an extended warranty, but declined.   The vehicle in question had a thermostat, otherwise, the heater would have taken forever to heat the vehicle.  We believe the vehicle sprung a coolant leak which was neglected.  So much so, that they let it overheat and caused the waterpump and headgasket to fail.  We are sure this caused a s****.>
Again because of our commitment to customer service, we offered them to go to our one mechanic not two, so that they can benefit from our wholesale pricing.  We never agreed or promised to exchange the vehicle.  As far as we know, the mechanic we recommended fixed their SUV.

We are regretful she felt her time was wasted or that she thought we sold her a bad vehicle, however, we feel the issues with her vehicle were as a direct result of her own negligence and lack of common sense knowledge of maintaining her vehicle.
