Char-Broil / Kim Hightower Asst to Mr. Alan Shaw (C.E.O.) W.C. Bradley Company Total lack of professionalism. Left 9 messages over 8 weeks, no return call. Internet
The following statements are my own opinions. After almost 8 weeks of leaving messages (eight of them) Kim Hightower (assistant to C.E.O. Alan Shaw) had not returned my call. In leaving my ninth message I let her know I'd be writing every board member and Mr. Shaw as well as the President of their parent company, W. C. Bradley. Within ten-minutes I got a return call from some lady. Bottom line is I've NEVER dealt with a less empathetic more unprofessional company in my entire life! My grill, purchased in January of this year (2010) is defective. I want it replaced and they are not interested in even returning calls let alone making this situation right. I wish I'd followed the advise of the others complaining about this particular company here on ripoffreport. I'd steer clear of this company at all costs. I've not given up the good fight however. My letters to the Board of Directors and Officers will go out shortly. If you've had problems with Char-Broil I wouldn't recommend calling Kim Hightower 706-571-7000, ext. 8921 as she won't return your call. But if you'd like to leave a message regarding the lack of return phone calls over eight long weeks of leaving messages, you can feel free to voice your concern. However, she is just a shinning example of how much this company does NOT care about their customers in any way, shape or form.
