Mr.Xu is the owner of Cheapsoftwareking.com.On his site, thier is a support page and a live chat support. In the live chat support his name says Peter Xu but his real name is Zengyang Xu. I found that out when I paid for the item I bought, the Norton 360 for 1 year for $12.90. It showed in the official PayPal, his name was Zengyang Xu. When I got the product paid for the Norton360, it worked fine. But then I had a problem. I could not use the backup to the Norton cloud because their was an email address listed that I did not know of or had the password too. I contacted Norton and it was a long process. The Norton Representative wanted to know some other code and I contacted Mr.Xu and he said he would get it from his "Supplier". He email me that code and the Norton Representative looked into it. The Norton Representative told me, the product key that I had bought was stolen. The reason it worked is because Norton products install up to 3 computers. The Norton Representative said Mr.Xu is not a license or official seller of Norton and is a 3rd party seller. The Norton Representative said I would have to buy a Norton 360 product from their official website so that the backup would work. I contacted Mr.Xu and he said that, that was his "Norton Account Email Address". I know he was lying because he emailed me from his website email and his person email and none of them were the email address of the one listed on the Norton account. I then opened a Paypal dispute or case for Fraud. I was refunded. I still have the problem and I asked Mr.Xu to help and he always says this, "I have refunded you". He did not refund me but PayPal authorized the refund. So because I got a refund he will not help me. He is obligated to help, refund or not. He is not a real businessman. Just a scammer. I contacted him many times and he is very rude. He called me names and what not, even cursed once. Then he blocked me from his chat some how. He claimed I tried to bribe him and other things that are not true. He threatened legal actions and what not but I know he lives in another country and he also has no proof. I have reported him and his site to other websites and he is under investigation but I do not know by whom. I hope his site gets closed and he gets whats coming to him, jail time for fraud!
