Checkout 51 Cashout amount not received Toronto Canada
Checkout 51 is an app you use to get cash rebates for grocery items you buy. when you have reached a rebate total of 20.00, you can cash it out and get a check. In November I reached the 20.00 amount and requested a cash out. I got an email saying a check was sent and I never got it. I let them know and submitted a form online stateing same and was told a replacement check would go out in December. Dec came and went and no check. submitted a complaint and was told I missed the date the replacement checks go out ( the replacement checks I was told go out once a month), I was told I'd get the check in January, low and behold, January has came and went, no check. was given a lame reason today why I didn't get a check in Jan, and was told I'd get it when replacement checks go out in February. This sounds like a company in financial treouble and I would advise to stay away from the app, or id your a customer to stop using it. If anything changes I'll post an update. they need to do the right thing and send a check at once, not wait 3 months for a replacement.
