We were staying in the hospital in Philadelphia with our son who was there for 3 months and we needed a car of our own. We were driving a car that belongs to my Father.

We heard about the great deals at Cherry Hill Triplex and because it was not too far from the hospital went by to see what they could do for us.  They found a truck that we could be placed into due to our credit and agreed that if in 2 weeks to the date of signing we cannot produce the $2000 deposit we will return the truck and take our car back.

We handed the key to the car we were driving and pulled off in their truck. The salesman Duane said he would have our car moved to the back until we returned with the deposit in 2 weeks. NO one moved our car and when returned to give back the truck (money did not come through) they could not locate our car. My husband was stranded in Cherryhill with no way back home and they had him place the tire that was to our Nissan on the side of the building (clearly if they took the truck back and could not produce our car nor locate it he could not walk with a tire that was on a rim) I had to call and fight to get our car towed back to us in Bayville on the phone the owner told me he would have our car, tire and key which were left in their care sent back on the tow truck. Only the car came back to us. Two months later I am still fighting to get our key and tire with rim back and have been driving around on a donut and with a key that works once in a while (push start key)

We stopped by this past Monday after leaving the hospital again with our son to see about our items and again got disrespected and again no tire or key can be found. One of the managers called me back and said he couldn't do anything about it.

Please help.

NO MYSTERY SOLVED HERE AND THIS IS A SERIOUS SITUATION INVOLVING A TERMINALLY I'LL 1 YEAR OLD SO IF YOU HAVE NO HELPFUL RES LEAVALONE.

They found our car like I stated it was towed because the salesman did not move the car after the deal was made and we left tge car on his care on their lot. The problem as stated is that the cannot locate the nor the tire and I have been driving my car around with medical equipment, nurses and a sick baby with a car key that stops working (my spare key that doesn't work properly with the push start) so please don't respond to my post with smart replies. You are mot to drive on a donut for this long its dangerous. Prior to returning the truck due to the situation of our baby's health someone donated a brand new tire to be placed on the rim because I had a flat and was driving on a donut for a few days.

No one moved your car so it must have been located where you left it.
