Last May I purchased a hot tub from this company, they received and cleard my check for over 5000.00. They have chosen to ignore all communications with me, so I called the Better Business Bureau to help me. They reached jeff, and he continued to move the delivery date up and said he was updating the tub, which he had already said 6months before that was the reason tub had not been delivered. I am not rich, I used my disability fund to purchase,as my Dr requested me to try to get. The BBB finally closed my case this week, said it was unresolved.
I need some advice or help on what my next step should be.
