Chris Auto Recyclers Brandon Girard Refused to refund monies when product was returned with pre-authorization Waxahachie, Texas
I purchased a chrome wheel on 2-21-12 through EBay in the amount of $85.00 plus $20.00 for shipping and handling. It was sent to me a couple of days later and was as described on-line.
After determining that this was not what I needed to solve my leaking tire problem, I contacted Brandon by email and requested a return authorization. On 3-5-12, he sent me an email and stated that the wheel could be returned for a refund, less the shipping charge of $20.00. I returned the item to them by UPS on 3-7-12 and it was delivered to them on 3-9-12 and signed for by Chris. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered and I have still not received my refund.
In my last email to them, I asked them to return the wheel to me if they were not going to send me my money back. That email has also been ignored.
