Chupamobile Stole my money. Does not honor their "14 Day Guarantee"!! Internet
I had good experience with this company in the past, until I had purchased a code that absolutely did not work for me. They claim to offer a 14 day money back guarantee on their website if a code does not work. I emailed them about it and they immediately gave me a run around telling me to work with the developer to get the code to work. I attempted this for 12 days, each day telling them that I was not having success, and that even the developer agreed that I could not get this to work. I had requested a refund multiple times, to which I was constantly denied. I went through Paypal and filed a dispute to which they asked me to close it and said that they would not be refunding me. They definitely had experience with this sort of thing before, it was clear from the language they were using and how they used key words in the paypal dispute so they wouldn't be held responsible for anything. One of their support people told me that they'd give me a credit for another code from their site instead. I did not understand why they could not just REFUND my money like their GUARANTEE SAYS! I declined, assuring them that I would no longer be purchasing from them ever again. Finally after nearly 2 weeks of getting nowhere, I escalated the paypal dispute to a claim. Well, it seems they outsmarted Paypal again because it was decided in their favor and I will not be getting any money back. I have pages of proof that this product did not work for me and they were incredibly annoying and set in their ways that there would be absolutely no refund, regardless of if this worked for me or not. Every question and comment I would post on their comments page of the code inquiring about a refund was also deleted shortly after. They clearly did not want anybody knowing that they do NOT honor their refund policy and so I have no choice but to now save others the same hassle by posting on review sites like this one. These people are scammers, liars, and bad business people. Be aware of this if you decide to purchase something.
