I also was a victim of CIC.. I canotacted my Banks Fraud Department and they credited everything back and charged it back to CIC. I suggest you contact them and do not take no for an answer. Documnet when it has come out and simply state it is Fradulant and you never approved it. Hope this helps it did for me
