CIG Realty REAL ESTATE SCAMMERS East Meadow, New York
CIG Realty is made up of a bunch of scam artist starting from the people in charge to all of the employees that work there. I wired $5700 to CIG as a deposit for them to purchase a home for me which I would then mortgage through them. I looked at dozens of houses and actually chose one that I told them I was interested in. The house was $105,000. CIG made an offer of $50,000 which was denied and ultimately I lost the property. They refused to make reasonable offers on any of the properties I wanted. Upon my dissatisfaction, I requested a refund and here it is 2 months after the request and I have yet to recieve the refund. Once you request a refund, no one is available for you to speak with, they are either always in a meeting or on a call. They have also assigned someone to just place you on hold listening to music until either the phone hangs up or you do. They state that they have a 15 day refund policy but obviously they do not honor it or act like they intend to. They are rude and have no customer service skills. I have reported them to the BBB and have every intension of having my lawyer contact them. Do not give CIG Realty your money, you WILL NOT get a property due to their rediculous offers and they will give you the run around once they recieve your cash. They are running a SCAM....big time!!!

They are 100 percent scam. Call kathleen rice the district attorney for ny. Cig gets a ton of calls a day for refunds and none are sent back. Check out spambook.com to see more complaints, warn your friends and family
