Im so glad I recorded the phone call. I called Cind-R-Block to get a quote on some cinderblock and was making notes so I can compare prices from various stores. Jannet answered the phone and it sounded like she was laughing with someone and I inturupted something. She was very hasty and rushing me. She then told me she did not calculate anything for me and that I would have to tell her what I needed. That seemed understandable at first....but later on, she just got an attitude because I guess I was taking too long and checking her numbers. She cut me off many times as you can hear throughout the call. She then said I was getting hung up on a cent, which I did not understand at the time but in retrospect she was just being a smarta***.
